Shipping

Across the rest of Europe (Austria, Ireland, Scandinavia, Central and Southern Europe…), we deliver via Chronopost home delivery against signature, in 24/48H depending on destination.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

For all other destinations (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates…), one single mode: FedEx: shipped the next business day, then 4 business days in transit, with duties & import taxes included (DDP) — the price you see is the price you pay, nothing to settle on arrival.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 2 pm (Singapore time, SGT), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays; after 2 pm, at weekends or on public holidays, the next business day. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

In France and nearby Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal) we ship via Chronopost, with four delivery modes:

• Pick-up point
• Pick-up point 24/48H
• Home delivery against signature 24/48H
• Home delivery against signature 24H

Every parcel is handed over against signature at home, or collected at a pick-up point with a secure PIN code or QR code.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your destination and order amount.
